The Poetic Thoughts of a Man
Growing up in a single parent home the future of Dr. Johnson was not clear but he always knew that he will be successful. As he matured he realized that success was not obtained with money or monetary things only but through the positive reflection that a life style could impart on a person that you may come in contact with. Life was a struggle during his childhood living in the Bronx but through determination and the Grace of God he did not fall victim to things that plagued his neighborhood such as drugs, gangs and killings. Instead of becoming a undesirable human being he chose to become an Elder in the Church. Instead of running in the streets he ran his home and instead of running out on his children he ran to whatever job it took to put food in his children mouths. I welcome all to come and join the unpredictable ride this book will take you on through the many experiences this man has encountered in a poetic and rhythmic form.
